Stress Urinary Incontinence (SUI)

Millions of women of all ages suffer from Stress Urinary Incontinence (SUI), defined as; involuntary urine leakage as a result of physical activity or abdominal pressure, typically associated with age, pregnancy, vaginal delivery, cough, sneeze, laughter, constipation, obesity or pelvic floor muscle weakness.

The VersaFine FRx fractional laser treatments represent a minimally invasive, clinically effective, quick and easy treatment alternative for SUI.

A mainstay of aesthetic medicine for many years, fractional C02 laser treatment has been shown to safely and effectively remodel tissue properties.  A probe is inserted in the vagina and micro beams deliver fractional C02 laser energy to the vagina walls.  Results are cumulative and a series of three (3) treatments at four to six week intervals are recommended for best results.

Vaginal Atrophy & Vaginal Rejuvenation

Vaginal atrophy is attributed to histological and morphological changes including reduced vascularity and thinning of the vaginal epithelium (walls), leading to vaginal dryness, burning, itching, irritation, dyspareunia (pain during intercourse) and recurring Urinary Tract Infections (UTI’s).

Commonly referred to as “Vaginal Rejuvenation” the VersaFine FRx fractional C02 laser treatments represent a minimally invasive, clinically effective treatment alternative for vaginal atrophy and one of the only alternatives for cancer survivors where estrogen treatments are contraindicated.

Vaginal & Bikini Line Lightening

Hyperpigmentation (darkening) of tissue specifically around the vagina, bikini line and perianal region can be difficult to treat.  Multiple fractional C02 laser treatments have been shown to lighten tissues vulnerable to hyperpigmentation including the labia majora, the labia minora, the anatomic region between the vagina and the anus and the perianal skin.

Depending on the individual condition, a combination of pharmaceutical products, applied prior to the laser treatments, followed by a series of minimally invasive laser treatments may be recommended as the most effective course of treatment.

Labiaplasty

A labiaplasty is a minor surgical procedure that reduces the length of the labia minora. It is the most commonly performed vaginal rejuvenation surgical procedure and it can relieve symptoms women experience from excess labial tissue.  It is designed to restore the form and function of the vagina and to address the irritation associated with physical exercise & activity and intimate relations.

Labiaplasty is an office based procedures which can be performed under local and/or general anesthetic. The benefit of C02 laser technology is surgical precision and enhanced healing.
